Mom’s welcomes you to come in any time for a piercing, stretching, jewelry change or trouble shooting. If you want to be seen on a certain day or at a specific time, we encourage you to contact us and make an appointment. With some piercings. like kids lobe piercings, we prefer to make an appointment to make sure we can accommodate client needs.

We encourage you to come in and speak with our counter intelligence staff at any time. If you are considering a piercing or want to know what jewelry fits best in a certain location, we are happy to help you figure that all out. If you are having issues with a piercing, please contact us (even if we did not do the piercing); we are here to help.

We do our best to get you in as soon as we can, but keep in mind that walkins are first come, first serve. If we have folks in line before you, we will do our best to let you know how long the wait is. On busy days, we appreciate your patience.

Also, if you have an appointment, we do our best to stay on time. Sometimes, the client before you may need more attention than expected. We will do our best to inform you of the delay and keep you apprised of the timing. If you have an appointment, please budget enough time on your end to pick out jewelry, have it autoclaved, get your questions answered, get pierced, receive after care instructions and checking out.
